Travel With UK Yatra
Terms & Conditions
- Each membership is issued for individual use only and cannot be shared across multiple people or bookings, except standard and premium travel coupons.
- Coupons must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be claimed retroactively once the payment has been made.
- Coupons hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, or credit.
- Coupons and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale. Any violation may result in cancellation of the membership without refund.
- Only one coupon can be applied per eligible person for each booking. Standard and Premium Travel Coupons cannot be combined. Similarly, among Celebration, Food Delight, and Stay Coupons, only one can be used per booking.
- Coupons must be used within the validity period of the membership (1 year). Unused coupons will not be carried over after renewal or expiration.
- If the membership is not renewed within 15 days of the expiry date, it will be considered automatically cancelled, and all remaining or unused benefits will be forfeited.
- Certain coupons may not be applicable during peak seasons, public holidays, or special events unless otherwise specified.
- Benefits are only applicable on UK Yatra-organized, confirmed tours and not applicable on group tour. Tour dates and bookings are subject to availability.
- UK Yatra reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke any membership or benefit if found to be misused or due to policy changes. Members will be notified in such cases.
- By activating or using this membership, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by UK Yatra. All benefits are subject to change based on company policy and tour availability. UK Yatra reserves the right to final interpretation.
