  • Timeframe:
    You will receive these documents within 24 to 72 hours of booking confirmation, depending on the type of tour or package.

  • Physical Documents:
    In special cases where physical travel kits (ID tags, brochures, merchandise) are part of the package, we will ship them via a trusted courier service.

2. Shipping of Merchandise

  • Products:
    If you purchase any UK Yatra merchandise, they will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Courier Partners:
    We use reputed courier services based on your delivery location.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    Domestic shipping may take 5-10 working days. Remote or high-altitude locations may require additional time.

3. Delays & Exceptions

  • We strive to meet all promised delivery timelines, but delays can occur due to:
